Rear Door Outer Handle Removal and Installation

Rear Door Handle Base Cover - Remove
1.
Remove the plug cap (A), then remove the bolt (B).
2.
Remove the rear door cylinder cover (A).

Rear Door Outer Handle - Remove
Remove the rear door outer handle (A).
3.
Rear Door Outer Handle Seals - Remove
Remove the rear door outer handle seals (A).
4.
Rear Door Latch - Remove
Remove the rear door latch
.
5.
Rear Door Outer Handle Base - Remove
1.
Remove the nut (A).
2.
Slide the outer handle base (B), and remove it.
3.
Disconnect the outer handle rod (A) with a clip remover.
4.
Remove the rod fastener (A) from the outer handle base (B), then replace it with a new one.

Rear Door Outer Handle Base - Install
1.
Install the new rod fastener (A) to the rear door outer handle base (B).
2.
Connect the outer handle rod (A).

Install the outer handle base (A).

Rear Door Latch - Install
Install the rear door latch

Rear Door Outer Handle Seals - Install
Install the rear door outer handle seals (A).
4.
Rear Door Outer Handle - Install
Install the rear door outer handle (A).
5.
Rear Door Handle Base Cover - Install
1.
Install the rear door cylinder cover (A).
2.
Install the bolt (A), then install the plug cap (B).
