Rear Door Glass and Regulator Removal and Installation
1. Rear Door Panel - Remove

Remove the rear door panel.

2. Rear Door Plastic Cover - Remove
1.
Disconnect the power door lock actuator connector (A), and remove the harness clip (B).
2.
Remove the plug caps (C).
3.
Remove the rear door plastic cover (D).
NOTE: If the plastic cover is damaged or torn, replace it with a new one.

3. Rear Door Glass - Remove
1.
Lower the rear door glass (A) until you can see the bolts (B), then remove them.
2.
Remove bolt (A) securing the rear lower channel (B).
3.
While pulling out the door weatherstrip (C), remove the screw (D).
4.
Release the rear lower channel (A) from the rear door sash.
5.
Remove the rear lower channel (A) from the glass run channel (B).
6.
Carefully remove the rear door glass (A) out through the window slot.
NOTE: Take care not to drop the glass inside the door.

4. Rear Door Regulator - Remove
1.
Disconnect the rear door regulator connector (A) from the rear door regulator (B).
2.
Remove the bolts (C) and the nut (D).
3.
Remove the regulator through the hole in the door.

5. Rear Door Quarter Glass - Remove
1.
Carefully slide out the rear door quarter glass (A), and remove it.
NOTE: Take care not to damage the door glass outer weatherstrip (B).

1. Rear Door Quarter Glass - Install
1.
Carefully slide in the rear door quarter glass (A), and install it.
NOTE: Take care not to damage the door glass outer weatherstrip (B).

2. Rear Door Regulator - Install
1.
Apply multipurpose grease to all sliding surfaces of the rear door regulator (A) where shown.
2.
Install the rear door regulator (A) through the hole in the door.
3.
Install the bolts (B) and the nut (C).
4.
Connect the rear door regulator connector (D).

3. Rear Door Glass - Install
1.
Carefully install the rear door glass (A) through the window slot.
NOTE: Take care not to drop the glass inside the door.
2.
Install the glass run channel (A) to the rear lower channel (B).
3.
Install the rear lower channel (A) to the rear door sash.
4.
Install the bolt (A) and the screw (B) securing the rear lower channel (C).
5.
Install the door weatherstrip (D).
6.
Install the bolts (A) securing the rear door glass (B).

4. Rear Door Glass - Adjust

Do the rear door glass adjustment.

5. Rear Door Plastic Cover - Install
1.
Install the rear door plastic cover (A).
2.
Connect the power door lock actuator connector (B), and install the harness clip (C).
3.
Install the plug caps (D).

6. Rear Door Panel - Install

Install the rear door panel.
