Passenger's Air Mix Control Motor Removal and Installation

NOTE: Set the MAX COOL position before removing the passenger's air mix control motor.

Center Console - Remove
Remove the center console

Glove Box - Remove
Remove the glove box
.
3.
Passenger's Heater Duct - Remove
Remove the passenger's heater duct
.
4.
Heater Pipe Cover - Remove
Remove the heater pipe cover (A).
5.
Passenger's Air Mix Control Motor - Remove
1.
Disconnect the passenger's air mix control motor connector (A).
2.
Remove the passenger's air mix control motor (B).

Passenger's Air Mix Control Motor - Install
1.
Make sure the air mix door and linkage move smoothly.
2.
Align the passenger's air mix control motor (A) with the gear, then install the motor.
3.
Connect the passenger's air mix control motor connector (B).
4.
After installation, make sure the motor runs smoothly.

Heater Pipe Cover - Install
Install the heater pipe cover (A).

Install the passenger's heater duct

Install the glove box
