HFL Switch Removal and Installation

SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations and the precautions and procedures before doing repairs or service.

NOTE: HFL switch, HFL-navigation voice control switch are the same parts.

1.	Driver's Airbag - Remove

2.	Steering Wheel Trim - Remove

Remove the left steering wheel trim (A).

NOTE: The screws (B) remains in the rear cover.

Disconnect the HFL switch connector (C) and the audio remote switch connector (D).

3.	HFL Switch - Remove

Remove the HFL switch (A) and the set plate (B) from the steering wheel trim (C).

1.	HFL Switch - Install

Install the HFL switch (A) and the set plate (B) to the steering wheel trim (C).

2.	Steering Wheel Trim - Install

Connect the audio remote switch connector (A) and the HFL switch connector (B).

Install the left steering wheel trim (C).

3.	Driver's Airbag - Install
