Idler Gear Shaft - Disassemble
Remove these parts:
41.5 mm washer (A)
27.5 x 41 x 2.5 mm thrust needle bearing (B)

Idler Gear Shaft - Inspect
1.
Inspect the bearing for galling and rough movement.
2.
Inspect the shaft bearing surfaces for scoring and excessive wear.

Idler Gear Shaft Installation Height - Inspect/Adjust
Inspect the idler gear shaft installation height

Install these parts:
27.5 x 41 x 2.5 mm thrust needle bearing (A)
41.5 mm washer (B)
