Catalytic Converter Inspection
Warm Up TWC

1. Warm Up TWC - Remove

Remove the warm up TWC.

2. Warm Up TWC - Inspect
Using a flashlight (A) and plug (B) make a visual check for plugging, melting or cracking of the catalyst. Replace the warm up TWC if any of the visible area is damaged or plugged.


3. Warm Up TWC - Install

Install the warm up TWC.

Under-Floor TWC

1. Under-Floor TWC - Remove

Remove the under-floor TWC.

2. Under-Floor TWC - Inspect

Under-Floor TWC

Under-Floor TWC/Exhaust Pipe A
Using a flashlight (A) and plug (B) make a visual check for plugging, melting or cracking of the catalyst. Replace the under-floor TWC if any of the visible area is damaged or plugged.


3. Under-Floor TWC - Install

Install the under-floor TWC.
