EGR Pipe Removal and Installation
1. Engine Cover - Remove

Remove the engine cover.

2. Engine Undercover - Remove

Remove the engine undercover.

3. EGR Mounting Nut - Remove
Remove the EGR pipe mounting nuts (A).


4. EGR Pipe - Remove
1.
Remove the EGR pipe mounting bolts (A).
2.
Remove the EGR pipe (B) and gaskets (C and D).

1. EGR Pipe - Install
Install the EGR pipe (A) and new gaskets (B and C).


2. EGR Pipe Mounting Nuts - Install
Install the EGR pipe mounting nuts (A).


3. Engine Undercover - Install

Install the engine undercover.

4. Engine Cover - Install

Install the engine cover.
