CVT Speed Sensor Removal and Installation

NOTE: Keep all foreign particles out of the transmission.

1. Intake Air Duct - Remove

Remove the intake air duct.

2. CVT Speed Sensor - Remove

Disconnect the CVT speed sensor connector (A).
2.
Remove the CVT speed sensor (A) with the O-ring (B).


NOTE: Keep all foreign particles out of the transmission.

1. CVT Speed Sensor - Install
1.
Install the CVT speed sensor (A) using a new O-ring (B).
2.
Connect the CVT speed sensor connector (A).
NOTE: Check the connector for corrosion, dirt, or oil, and clean or repair if necessary.

2. Intake Air Duct - Install

Install the intake air duct.
