1. Driven Pulley Shaft Bearing - Remove

Remove the driven pulley shaft bearing.

2. Secondary Drive Gear - Remove
Remove the secondary drive gear (A) using a commercially available puller (B) and a spacer (C).


1. Secondary Drive Gear - Install

Apply transmission fluid to the splines of the driven pulley shaft.
2.
Drive the secondary drive gear (A) until it bottoms in the direction shown using the 40 mm I.D. driver handle and the 30 mm I.D. bearing driver attachment.

2. Driven Pulley Shaft Bearing - Install

Install the driven pulley shaft bearing.
