Clear the DTCs with the HDS.

Press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode and then the ON mode. |

Turn the parking and back-up sensor switch to ON. |

Wait for at least 5 seconds. |

Check for DTCs with the HDS.

Clear the DTCs with the HDS.

Press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode and then the ON mode. |

Turn the parking and back-up sensor switch to ON. |

Wait for at least 5 seconds. |

Determine possible failure area (SOF SIDE R line, power and ground lines):
Determine possible failure area (SOF SIDE R line, power and ground lines)

Press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode. |

Disconnect the following connector.

Press the engine start/stop button to select the ON mode. |
?4. |
Measure the voltage between test points 1 and 2.

Repair a short to power in SOF SIDE R wire between the right front corner sensor and the parking and back-up sensor control unit.? |

The SOF SIDE R wire is not shorted to power, go to step 6. |

Check for continuity between test points 1 and 2.

Repair a short to ground in SOF SIDE R wire between the right front corner sensor and the parking and back-up sensor control unit.? |

Repair an open or high resistance in SOF SIDE R wire between the right front corner sensor and the parking and back-up sensor control unit.? |

Open wire check (BOF CTR L, E1 CTR L lines):
Open wire check (BOF CTR L, E1 CTR L lines)

Press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode. |
?2. |
Disconnect the following connector.

?3. |
Check for continuity between test points 1 and 2.

Repair an open or high resistance in E1 CTR L wire between the right front corner sensor and the left front corner sensor.? |

Repair an open or high resistance in BOF CTR L wire between the right front corner sensor and the left front corner sensor.? |

Press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode. |

Disconnect the following connectors.
