Speaker Removal, Installation, and Test
Door Speaker

2. Door Speaker - Remove
1.
Remove the bolt (A), then lift the door speaker (B) straight up to release the lower clips (C).

2.
Disconnect the connector (D).

3. All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the door speaker in the reverse order of removal.

Front Tweeter

2. Tweeter Cover - Remove
1.
Remove the tweeter cover (A).
2.
Disconnect the connector (B).

3. Front Tweeter - Remove

4. All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the front tweeter in the reverse order of removal.

Front Center Speaker

1. Center Speaker Trim - Remove
1.
Remove the center speaker trim (A).
2.
Disconnect the connector (B).

2. Front Center Speaker - Remove

3. All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the front center speaker in the reverse order of removal.

Rear Speaker

2. Rear Speaker - Remove
1.
Remove the bolt (A), then slide the rear speaker (B) to release the clips (C).

2.
Disconnect the connector (D).

3. All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the rear speaker in the reverse order of removal.

Rear Tweeter

2. Rear Tweeter - Remove

3. All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the rear tweeter in the reverse order of removal.

Subwoofer

2. Subwoofer - Remove
1.
Remove the subwoofer (A).
2.
Disconnect the connector (B).

3. All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the subwoofer in the reverse order of removal.

Door Speaker, Rear Speaker

1. Door Speaker, Rear Speaker - Test
1.
Measure the resistance between terminals No. 1 and No. 2. There should be about 4 ?.
2.
If the resistance is not as specified, replace the door speaker.

Tweeter

1. Tweeter - Test

With Stereo Amplifier

Without Stereo Amplifier
1.
Measure the resistance between the terminals as shown:
With stereo amplifier: Measure the resistance between terminal No. 1 and terminal No. 2. There should be about 3.2 ?.
Without stereo amplifier: Measure the resistance between terminal No. 1 and the outside terminal of the capacitor (A). There should be about 4 ?. Also visually check the capacitor for damage.
2.
If the resistance is not as specified, replace the tweeter.

Front Center Speaker

1. Front Center Speaker - Test
1.
Measure the resistance between terminals No. 1 and No. 2. There should be about 2 ?.
2.
If the resistance is not as specified, replace the speaker.

Subwoofer

1. Subwoofer - Test
1.
Measure the resistance between the terminals No. 1 and No. 2. There should be about 2 ?.
2.
If the resistance is not as specified, replace the subwoofer.
