Radiator Removal and Installation (K20C2) - Honda Civic FC/FK 2016-2021

1.	Engine Undercover Lid - Remove

2.	Engine Undercover - Remove

3.	Engine Coolant - Drain

4.	ECT Sensor 2 - Remove

5.	Bulkhead - Move

6.	Radiator Assembly - Remove

1.

Disconnect the upper radiator hose (A), the lower radiator hose (B), and the water hose (C).

2.

Disconnect the connectors (D).

3.

Remove the harness clamps (E) and the expansion tank outlet pipe (F).

4.

Remove the A/C condenser bolts (A).

5.

Pull up the radiator assembly (A).

6.

Remove the fan shroud assembly (B), and the lower cushions (C).

7.	All Removed Parts - Install

1.

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
