Radiator Removal and Installation
1.
Engine Undercover - Remove
2.
Engine Coolant - Drain
3.
Connector (Radiator Fan Motor and A/C Condenser Fan Motor) - Disconnect
1.
Remove the harness clamps (A).
2.
Disconnect the connectors (B).
4.
Lower Radiator Hose - Disconnect
1.
Disconnect the lower radiator hose (A).
2.
CVT: Disconnect the transmission fluid warmer hose (B).
5.
Front Bumper - Remove
6.
Headlight - Remove
7.
Bulkhead - Remove
8.
Coolant Reservoir - Remove
9.
Upper Radiator Hose - Disconnect
10.
Radiator Assembly - Remove
1.
Remove the A/C condenser mounting bolts (A).
2.
Pull up the radiator assembly (A).
3.
Remove the lower cushions (B) and ECT sensor 2 (C).
11.
Radiator Fan Shroud Assembly and A/C Condenser Fan Shroud Assembly - Remove
12.
All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
