Dashboard Removal and Installation

SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations and the precautions and procedures before doing repairs or service.

1.	12 Volt Battery Terminal - Disconnect

NOTE: Wait at least 3 minutes before starting work.

2.	Driver's Dashboad Panel - Remove

3.	Passenger's Dashboad Pad - Remove

4.	Passenger's Dashboard Undercover - Remove

5.	Gauge Control Module - Remove

6.	Keyless Access Control Unit - Remove (With Keyless Access System)

7.	Heater Control Panel - Remove (Without Climate Control)

8.	Climate Control Unit - Remove (With Climate Control)

9.	Sunlight Sensor - Remove

10.	Front Passenger's Airbag Connector - Disconnect

11.	Both A-Pillar Trims - Remove

12.	Both Tweeters - Remove (With Tweeter)

13.	Dashboard - Remove

With knee bolster: Remove the bolts (A) from under the dashboard.

Disconnect the connectors (A, B) at the A-pillar.

Driver's side

Center

Under the driver's dashboard

Remove the harness clips (A).

Disconnect the connector (B).

Remove the dashboard (A).

14.	Dashboard Subharness - Remove

15.	Dashboard Vent Duct - Remove

Remove the harness clips (A).

Remove the dashboard vent duct (A).

16.	All Removed Parts - Install

Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
