Water Passage Removal and Installation
1. Engine Coolant - Drain

Drain the engine coolant.

2. Intake Manifold - Remove

Remove the intake manifold.

3. Thermostat - Remove

Remove the thermostat.

4. EGR Pipe - Remove

Remove the EGR pipe.

5. EGR Valve - Remove

Remove the EGR valve.

6. ECT Sensor 1 - Remove

Remove ECT sensor 1.

7. Upper Radiator Hose, Heater Hose, and Water Bypass Hose - Disconnect
Disconnect the upper radiator hose (A), the heater hoses (B), and the water bypass hose(s) (C).


8. Water Passage - Remove

Remove the water passage and related parts.


1. Water Passage - Install

Install the water passage and related parts.


2. Upper Radiator Hose, Heater Hose, and Water Bypass Hose - Connect
Connect the upper radiator hose (A), heater hoses (B), and the water bypass hose(s) (C).


3. ECT Sensor 1 - Install

Install ECT sensor 1.

4. EGR Valve - Install

Install the EGR valve.

5. EGR Pipe - Install

Install the EGR pipe.

6. Thermostat - Install

Install the thermostat.

7. Intake Manifold - Install

Install the intake manifold.
