Paddle Shifter Illumination Circuit Troubleshooting
Paddle Shifter Illumination Circuit Troubleshooting
SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations as follows: 4-door model, 2-door model, and review the precautions and procedures, before doing repair or service.

NOTE:
This troubleshooting describes about the paddle shifter + (upshift switch) illumination circuit and the paddle shifter - (downshift switch) illumination circuit, and the each circuit is separated by an asterisk as follows:
?
*1: The paddle shifter + (upshift switch) illumination circuit.
?
*2: The paddle shifter - (downshift switch) illumination circuit.

If all illuminations of switches on the steering wheel do not come on simultaneously, check for a blown No. B25 (10 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box. Replace the No. B25 (10 A) fuse if it is blown, and recheck. If the fuse blows again, repair a short to body ground in the No. B25 (10 A) fuse circuit.
