Seat Heater Replacement

Front Seat Cushion Heater

2. Front Seat Cushion Heater - Remove
NOTE: The seat cushion heater is glued to the seat cushion pad. When removing it, take care not to damage the seat cushion pad.


3. Front Seat Cushion Heater - Install (Except Si)
1.
Attach the seat cushion heater to the reference position as shown.
NOTE:
Reference position in the vertical direction: Align the seat cushion heater edge (A) with the seat cushion pad groove (B).
Reference position in the horizontal direction:
?
Align the seat cushion heater position (C) with the center of the seat cushion pad reference position (D).
?
Align the center of the seat cushion heater position with the seat cushion pad center line (E).
Once the seat heater is in place on the cushion, tuck the bridge folds (F) of the seat heater evenly into the grooves of the seat cushion pad.

4. Front Seat Cushion Heater - Install (Si)

Attach the seat cushion heater to the reference position as shown.
NOTE:
Reference position in the vertical direction: Align the seat cushion heater edge (A) with the seat cushion pad groove (B).
Reference position in the horizontal direction:
?
Align the seat cushion heater position (C) with the center of the seat cushion pad reference position (D).
?
Align the seat cushion heater cushion edge (E) with the seat cushion pad groove (F).
Once the seat heater is in place on the cushion, tuck the bridge folds (G) of the seat heater evenly into the grooves of the seat cushion pad.

5. All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

Front Seat-Back Heater

2. Front Seat-Back Heater - Remove
NOTE: The seat-back heater is glued to the seat-back pad. When removing it, take care not to damage the seat-back pad.


3. Front Seat-back Heater - Install (Except Si)
1.
Attach the seat-back heater to the reference position as shown.
NOTE:
Reference position in the vertical direction: Align the seat-back heater edge (A) with the seat-back pad groove (B).
Reference position in the horizontal direction: Align the seat-back heater position (C) with the center of the seat-back pad reference position (D).
Once the seat heater is in place on the seat-back, tuck the bridge folds (E) of the seat heater evenly into the grooves of the seat-back pad.

4. Front Seat-back Heater - Install (Si)
1.
Attach the seat-back heater to the reference position as shown.
NOTE:
Reference position in the vertical direction: Align the seat-back heater edge (A) with the seat-back pad groove (B).
Reference position in the horizontal direction:
?
Align the seat-back heater position (C) with the center of the seat-back pad reference position (D).
?
Align the seat-back heater edge (E) with the seat-back pad groove (F).
Once the seat heater is in place on the seat-back, tuck the bridge folds (G) of the seat heater evenly into the grooves of the seat-back pad.

5. All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

Rear Seat Cushion Heater (With Rear Seat Heater)

2. Rear Seat Cushion Heater - Remove
NOTE: The seat cushion heater is glued to the seat cushion pad. When removing it, take care not to damage the seat cushion pad.


3. Rear Seat Cushion Heater - Install
1.
Attach the seat cushion heater to the reference position as shown.
NOTE:
Reference position in the vertical direction: Align the seat cushion heater edge (A) with the seat cushion pad groove (B).
Reference position in the horizontal direction: Align the seat-back heater position (C) with the center of the seat cushion pad reference position (D).
Once the seat heater is in place on the cushion, tuck the bridge folds (E) of the seat heater evenly into the grooves of the seat cushion pad.

4. All Removed Parts - Install
1.
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
